Mystery Shopper Programme

Since its launch in 1996, the HKRMA Mystery Shopper Programme has successfully carried out more than 120,000 assessment
visits. During April to June 2017, a total of 3,112 retail outlets of 124 brands covering 20 retail categories including goods and
services had been assessed. Congratulations to the following companies for their outstanding achievements!
