The E-Commerce Sub-Committee advises the Association on matters in regard to e-Commerce development, online-to-offline (O2O) retailing, as well as their implications to retailers.
It also formulates activities, education and training programmes to help retailers to develop e-commerce initiatives and O2O operation.
