香港零售管理協會積極支持及促進行業適應新
時代。我們與不同的持份者合作，幫助業界在
電子商務的各個層面發展，包括人力資源以至
技術應用、數碼營銷、大數據分析及客戶關係
管理所涉及的新技能。我們亦要求政府為商界
提供政策支援，以配合創新科技轉型。此外，
我們與本地及國際電子商貿夥伴合辦多項活
動，讓零售商掌握最新的發展趨勢及最佳的營
商之道。
我在此感謝所有會員一直以來的支持，與協會
並肩推動行業向前邁進。期望來年能繼續與各
位共同合作，百尺竿頭，續創佳績，使香港零
售業再攀高峰。
The Hong Kong Retail Management Association plays an
active role in supporting and enabling the industry to adapt and
transform in this new era. We have been actively working with
different major stakeholders on many aspects of e-commerce
from manpower development to new skills in technology
adoption, digital marketing, big data analytics and CRM. We
have also been urging the Government to take the lead and
provide policy support for business sectors to catch up in the
innovation and technology transformation. In addition, we
collaborated with local and international e-commerce players to
organize an array of activities to keep retailers abreast of latest
trends and best practices.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to thank all members for
their staunch support, which is the key to drive our industry
forward. I look forward to working with you in the year ahead to
achieve more progress, greater success and take Hong Kong
retail industry to new heights.
