工作回顧
為了培育電子商務人才，協會開辦了多項相關的培訓課程，內容多元
化，包括數碼營銷、電子支付、品牌建立、網上營銷，以及高新零售科
技應用等。
2017年零售研討會
協會於今年5月9日在香港會議展覽中心舉行第九屆零售研討會。活動已
成為零售商一年一度不可錯過的盛事。六位享譽業界的行業領袖向500多
位與會者暢談全渠道零售所帶來的機遇，分享他們的獨特見解。研討會
另一亮點，是邀請了Google代表在午餐會上分享真知灼見，使盛會增色
不少。

sales on web and to utilize up-to-

2017 Retail Conference
Our Retail Conference has become a
must-go event for retailers. Entering
into its ninth year, the 2017 Retail
Conference was held at the Hong
Kong Convention and Exhibition
Center on 9 May. Six high profile and
prominent industry leaders shared
their insights to over 500 participants
on opportunities arising from omni-
channel retailing. The importance of
the event was accentuated when
a Google representative spoke at
the Conference through luncheon
arrangement.
