「過往資歷認可」
協會聯同資歷架構及「過往資歷認
可」秘書處合辦研討會及分享會,並
透過期刊及電子通訊向零售商推廣
「過往資歷認可」機制。計劃自2014
年12月推行以來,已經有70家公司,
合共2,400多名員工獲頒授「過往資
歷認可」證書。
計劃提供五年過渡期,凡於2019年
底前申請第1至3級資歷的從業員,均
可以文件查證,毋須接受評估測試。
協會呼籲零售商把握機會,幫助僱員
早日取得「過往資歷認可」資格,讓
他們豐富的零售工作經驗獲得業界認
可。
零售業電子商貿
《能力標準說明》
踏入電子商務新時代,零售環境面對
著翻天覆地的變化。為配合業界發
展需要,數碼科技人才的培訓刻不容
緩。在協會的支持下,資歷架構秘書
處今年成立零售業電子商貿《能力標
準說明》,其覆蓋面廣泛,涵蓋電子
零售業務各主要領域,為業界培育電
子商務人才的重要參考指引。
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in Qualifications
Framework (QF) for Retail Industry
The Association partnered with the QF and RPL Secretariat to promote the
RPL to retailers through seminars and sharing sessions, in addition to our
newsletters and e-newsletters. Since its launch in December 2014, more
than 2,400 employees from some 70 companies were conferred the RPL
certificates.
Aspiring practitioners seeking recognition of qualifications at Levels 1 to
3 may be waived an interview assessment during a five-year transitional
period expiring by the end of 2019. Retailers are advised to encourage and
support their employees to obtain the RPL qualifications.
Specification of Competency Standards (SCS) on Retail
E-business
In the new era of e-commerce, retailers urgently need digital talent to
cope with disruptive changes in the retail environment. Supported by the
Association, the first-ever Specification of Competency Standards (SCS)
for retail e-business was launched by the QF Secretariat this year. This all-
inclusive specification covers major areas of e-tailing business, representing
a key reference for manpower training.
