Participating retail brands can determine all details of the visit plan, including the number of retail outlets, the number of shop visits, the number of assessment periods and scope of assessment.

Tailor-made assessment could enable a full view for management to:

  • monitor the service performance of all retail outlets
  • review staff performance and design related training
  • provide all-rounded review on areas for improvement

The Association provides professional consultation service to help retailers on promoting corporate service culture, implementing service and brand building strategies.

Service Plan (4) | Tailor-made Retail Training

The Association has initiated collaboration with training professionals and institutions to offer professional training for our retail staff and to upgrade their skills by delivering world-class standards. The Association currently provides different tailor-made training, i.e. workshops and seminars, to all levels of retail staff within the retail industry.
