Top 10 Quality E-Shop Awards aim to recognize those participating e-shops with the best online customer experience and would be presented in HKRMA Annual Dinner and Award Presentation. A series of online and offline publicity and promotion would be launched to promote the awarded e-shops. The awarded e-shops will be charged a partial promotion fee for the production and newspaper supplement.
Recognized e-shops who got full mark in the assessment of Contract Fulfillment were granted the Recognition of "Best Contract Fulfillment".
